These panniers have so many great features that it's hard to know where to begin singing their praises. Great attachment mechanisms and load-bearing capacity.

Never received
Never received my panniers despite having paid for them in full. Customer service told me that my shipment was delivered to the correct address but this is false. Save yourself the headache and money and order from a different vendor.
