- I've used it several times
My brother bought this bag in Germany expecting high quality and great customer service. He used it for 3 weeks on a trip trough Scandinavia, normal wear. At the end, the bag had a small hole. He sent it in and for warranty as it was only 3 months old. Long story short, he had to pay 20 Euro repair and 10 Euro sending it. So much for warranty and customer friendly, not even talking about sustainability. Do not recommend the product or the brand.
