Needs improvement
The waist belt is oversized. Especially when overheating is an issue with high volume activity like biking. Every excess covering of the skin reduces your cooling process. A 2” strap is all that is required for a 20L pack and could be removable for added convenience. That type of sliding anchor point do fail in my experience when stressed which is unacceptable. They pop off. It’s probably more important than the hip belt for stabilizing your load. The rear ventilation system is fair. From my experience a physical raise channel along the spinal column is superior. Having absolutely nothing touching your spine will enhance your cooling process. I own 2 packs that do this. It is possible. The rest is meh standard stuff. Nothing that will make you fall in love
