Why We Like The Osprey Manta 34L Backpack
Osprey decked the Manta 34 Backpack out with all the thoughtful features that grace the rest of its Manta series and gave the pack a large 34-liter size for epic day hikes and super-light overnighters. We organize our gear in its capacious main compartment and plentiful pockets, and marvel at how comfy and light our load feels thanks to the AirSpeed suspension system and 3D vent mesh harness. Tons of ventilation and padding reduce sticky sweat, and the included hydration system with a QuickConnect hose keeps us hydrated, so we can keep on trucking from sunup to sundown. An included hydration reservoir brings along a whopping 2.5 liters of water, while the integrated raincover keeps gear protected from unexpected rainstorms.

Very spacious and comfortable pack.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very spacious and comfortable pack. Easy to make to heavy as it holds so much despite its small size. Easy to get a custom fit with its various size adjustments. Definitely recommend.

I love this pack. Used it hiking 430 miles over 31 days. The fit is awesome and I really appreciated this after walking all day. It fits like a glove, hugging your body (probably the best point). The straps are well padded and comfortable, and I love the air speed suspension system it kept my back dry all day. The pockets provided are easy access and the zips super strong. The water bladder is great to use, I only wish the mouth piece came with a cover. The main down-side of this pack is that it won't sit upright by itself when I put it down. It always topples over so I had to lean it against something to pack it or access it which was annoying. Otherwise I would recommend this pack to anyone.

50+ miles so far and it has been amazing
I have hiked over 50 miles with this pack since I got it and it has been working out great! I am able to pack everything I need in it for the day and still have a little room for any extra gear or food. It is super comfortable and feels good even after miles of hiking.
