There should be more padding
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There should be more padding on the bottom of the pack. I heard my ipad bang on the floor when I set my pack down. Not good!!

Highschool Worthy
Oh My GOSH literally the best backpack I have ever had. Trust, the bag is worth the money. I do agree that it feels like you have a ninja turtle back but that thing can carry weight so well. I was able to fit my MacBook 14" with the case on in the laptop sleeve and was able to fit all of my binders in the bag as well. The front still has good room. Only complaint is the little hidden money stash its harder than expected to get money out but honestly you just need a wallet. The only deal for room in the bag is that you need to use your hand to widen the bottom a bit like push it out. I'm a senior in high school and it has gotten me through the first few days with all of my classes textbooks and material in there. I still have the year to test it out but I'll be back to reassure this statement.

Too small no organization in
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too small no organization in pockets. More like a backpack with a laptop sleeve. Do not recommend if your using it for business.

Horizonatally inclined...
My thoughts on the backpack after using it daily for about a year. First the good: plenty of space and pockets, sleek looking, protective laptop compartment. Still looks like new after a year of use & abuse. The not so good: as others have mentioned, zippers are very stiff although they have loosened up a bit over time. Also if you put very much in the top (shallow) zippered pocket, it blocks access to the adjacent full-height compartment. And the ridiculous: the backpack is always falling out of chairs. You can't leave it vertical in a chair or on the floor. It will slide to the horizontal position, and if sitting in a chair, that usually means it will fall to the floor. This is because there is about three inches of shell for the laptop that extends below the bottom of the laptop compartment, creating a high center of gravity and a slippery, "pointy" bottom surface. This is very annoying - you want to be able to have your backpack stand up to put things in and take things out. I'm tired of dealing with it, so shopping for a new laptop backpack even though I paid a lot for this one and it is still in great shape.

Best backpack I've ever owned
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- One size
This is an amazing backpack. It's super lightweight but can fit a lot. It's pretty flat when empty so it's not bulky unless you fill it up. Love the material (slightly shiny fabric, recycled) and I find it super comfortable too—I have some issues with my cervical spine and this is the first backpack that does not make them worse. I am using it as a camera backpack with a separate camera cube. Highly recommend.

Perfect backpack
Great quality for the price and weight of the bag. Enough space for everyday use and travel.

Awful design, awful zippers
I bought this bag to carry on when I travel. The minute I got it I was appalled at the low quality zippers, like others mentioned, then I realized the fabric is also very low quality. It also looks and feels awkward. I love Osprey, but this one is a loser.

Well thought out, functional
I received this backpack as a gift from one of the other reviewers and thought I'd comment on the functionality from the perspective of a larger person. I am 6' and fairly broad-shouldered - with those physical characteristics, the pack is well-fitting, sturdy, and feels like a reasonably sized travel pack. I consistently travel with a 12"" iPad and 16"" MacBook, headphones, and snacks. The backpack fits all that with plenty of room to spare for cords/accessories in the auxiliary pockets. I transitioned from a soft-sided (name-brand) pack that was bulky and inefficient. The depth of this backpack allows for a slim fit under seats when traveling with everything on my standard packing list. A couple of likes: - Convenient storage and mesh pockets located in the right places - allowing easy access to AirPods, pens, and essentials, all while storing away smaller items in the zippered section. - A soft pouch/pocket is nice to have for quickly storing a phone or screens while going through security at the airport. - Shoulder straps are comfortable, and the back support is sturdy while remaining super light. - Large water bottle pockets - Separation in the laptop section for two larger screened devices - The passport pocket on the back is a fun touch - didn't see that until looking through all the product pictures. I'll be sure to use that when I travel (and subsequently forget that's where I put my passport) A couple of nitpicky notes: - The ""turtle shell"" on the exterior collapses on itself and can make it obnoxious when you have to push it out to grab something in the bottom of the bag when you're traveling light. This isn't an issue if you have enough volume inside the pack that it remains inflated. - The zippers are pretty stiff, particularly on the turtle shell pocket. It takes a bit of oomph to get that one undone.
