Comfortable and lighter than expected.

Very easy to use! This carrier has lots of room for both your child and your extra snacks! I was able to fit my very large for his age 3 year old comfortably as well as carry my 7 month old for 5 hours without any issues. If you are considering the standard poco and the plus model definitely upgrade to the plus. The additional storage compartment gives this bag a lot more versatility without adding bulk or very much weight. I am 6’3” 180lbs and this bag could be adjusted to my size easily. I had enough adjustment in the waist strap to allow for 2 of me to fit side by side, so it’s safe to say this bag should be suitable for just about anyone. I researched carriers like this for a while and having picked this one I am confident this offers the best balance of premium quality without added expense for the brand name alone.

Great pack all the way around
I've used this pack on a few hikes now in the adk and absolutely loved it! My kid stays comfortable and loves riding around in it. On my most recent hike I slipped pretty good but this pack left me with the maneuverability to spin and catch myself and keep the kiddo safe! I definitely recommend this pack to everyone!

Very comfortable and the mesh

The kiddos love the backpack

Handle presses into back of head
I ordered this pack online, confident that it would fit as we’ve been devout Osprey pack owners for 15 years. Unfortunately, the handle presses into the back of our neck (5’5” and 6.0” height), making it very uncomfortable to look straight or up. So basically, you have to tilt your head down in an unnatural position while wearing. Even the photo of the model wearing the pack is standing awkwardly (you can see the handle against her head in the photo). Everything else about the pack is excellent, so we’re very disappointed.

Perfect for my Chubby Nephew
I’m 5’0, 105 lbs and so surprised how comfortable this pack is while carrying my chubby nephew on the trail. The pocket is large enough to carry multiple snacks and other clothing materials! I recommend.

It is worth the extra cost to get this. We hardly used our other hiking backpack because it was so uncomfortable. This Osprey Poco has been amazing! It's lightweight, easy to use, and very adjustable. We got a great deal from Backcountry. Shipping was fast and packaged securely
