Warm and soft
I like how they're thicker than the 150 liners. Does a much better job at keeping my hands warm, even when wet and outside of my main gloves. They also don't seem to retain any odors, even when your hands are sweating from a hard day on the slopes. Only complaint is durability, be careful letting them near your ski edges as they may tear. But they're otherwise great and I personally keep a few sets around to swap between as the wear out.

Very warm and comfortable, zero durability
I bought this less than a month ago from a local retailer. The only thing I've done with these so far is walk to/from my car at home and work each day. Within the first three days, the rubber/plastic grip on the fingers was peeling off. By week twoish, I noticed the right middle finger was starting to fray--now, roughly a week later, there's a full hole in the finger. It could just be a poor one-off, since it's only one finger that has torn so far and even the stitching on my left glove looks noticeably better than my right glove (which has the torn finger). I've never purchased from Outdoor Research before, and I figured I'd give them a shot. The gloves are comfortable, and they kept my hands decently warm down to around 0F on their own, and kept my hands warm down to -26F when used as liners inside some glove shells. But the durability is almost completely non-existent.

I’ve used them on hikes and runs a few times this fall. Absolutely adore them so far

Not worth the money
I bought these as to use as liners inside down mittens on a recent photography trip to Norway. Plan was to take off the mittens when I needed to adjust the camera touch screen, so I was only looking for some wind and cold protection. Well these do give minimal protection but they did not work with my camera touch screen at all. I ended up removing them repeatedly and having miserably cold fingers much of the trip. About the only thing they were good for was pushing the shutter button. No idea if they work on larger screens but if you're a photographer don't waste your time or money.
