Clasp broke before use

Like these overall but the clasp that holds the gloves together broke by the time I got the packaging off. Not sure when, but didn't expect. Had to use next day so couldn't return. Overall minor issue, although I like to clasp together to dry. Just disappointed.

The liner/leather combo keeps the hands extremely warm! It only lost points in my book because the elastic safety leash strap started to fray almost immediately

Very warm
I was searching for snowmobile gloves, and this came up as highly rated. We didn't use them for snowmobile, as they are a little bulkier than others for the sport. But my husband used them for everyday chores and walks in the cold winter at 8,000 ft up the mountain. The gloves are warm, comfortable and very waterproof. And size is true to size.

Carbide Sensor Gloves
Gloves are a bit smaller than expected for XL. The fingers are a bit short. Gloves kept my hands warm, but only down to about 20 degrees. Wet hands are difficult to get into the gloves. I do like the gloves, and will keep them, but they aren't a wet/low temp glove for me. I really like the wrist leashes. I thought I would remove them, but they are really great to have.

Good not Great
I use these exclusively for skiing. I live on the West Coast of Canada and primarily ski at Whistler, therefore in wet/windy conditions a lot. These gloves are pretty warm and the wrist straps are awesome for ease-of-use when having to take the gloves off. Biggest downside is the Waterproofness. These are gore-tex gloves, but your hands still get wet after a day of skiing in wet snow conditions. I wasn't terribly impressed with this as OR states that the are 5/5 for waterproofness (I would hate to see what anything less than 5/5 would be if this is the case). The gloves look cool, but are quite bulky and therefore I often have to take my hands out if I want to do anything precise (eg. do up my bindings, etc.). Not a bad buy, but the fact my hands get wet when I ski with these is a pretty big bummer.

Warm!
I don't have the greatest circulation in my hands but these babies kept them toasty on several days when the mercury dropped below -20C, even at rest. Totally windproof, I was also wearing these on one of those oh-so-lovely rainy winter days we are graced with here in southeastern Ontario and they remained completely dry after exposure of about an hour. They are a tad bulky owing to the cinch-able long cuffs for every day use but are totally manageable if you are patient. The leather used appears to be of high quality and hasn't shown any sign of wear, although I'm not really putting them through and real work.

Unreal Quality
Fits great, high quality material. Better than expected. Used for skiing in -20 C and did not feel the cold through the insulation. Kept hands dry throughout the day.

Super warm and comfortable
I would usually were a large but I sized up and am glad I did. I tend to find OR gloves fit on the smaller side. Have taken them skating, skiing and out for a winter walk. So far so good.

Warm
Snowboarded with these gloves in -9 F and they kept my hands warm and did not lose any dexterity.
