Happy Hands
Mittens were very warm and kept hands dry. The "leashes" prevent dropping from the lift. The sinch on the gauntlet kept the snow out. The gloves came with a wax treatment for the leather. It took about 10 minutes to apply. Leather did not get soggy. OR makes great stuff.

Excellent Mitts
These mitts are toasty warm, fit great and look really good. I've used them for two and a half full seasons and they are holding up pretty well. The liner is starting to pack down, but they are still very warm on all but -0F and lower days. The leather has held up very well to abuse.

Very warm, does fit around thick insulated jacket cuff
These mittens are very warm and comfortable. The only minor gripe I have with them is the cuff is too small/tight to fit around a thick insulated Carhartt jacket. It is the perfect size to use when skiing in a sweatshirt, but if it's warm enough to ski in a sweatshirt, it's too warm to use these mitts.

Warm, Water Proof, A bit Roomy
I bought these to replace an OR Meteor Mitt which I dropped down a vault toilet by accident while snowboarding at Vail (RIP), and after years of serving me well, I look at these as an upgrade. They are warm but I prefer the meteor mitts for a few reasons. 1.) The cuffs on these are much smaller making it tougher to pull over a jacket sleeve, not terrible but definitely not as easy, 2. this might be more of a sizing issue, but the palm material being leather vs synthetic seems much stretchier and tougher to undo my binding strap. 3. The meteor mitt has a fleece inner mitten which does a much better job at sweat-wicking. It is likely better to just get something a little less toasty like the meteor which still does a great job but won't sweat your hands out like a steam room. Overall, they are warm. I wore them on likely the coldest day riding of the season and my hands still sweat but they were toasty enough to offset that.

Wonderful Mitt
Good design, good quality, water proof and warm. The gauntlets are generous and the leases are very functional.

Love for Boarding
I have now warn these out west boarding and they have been awesome. They are super water proof and surprisingly moisture wicking. They dry quickly and my hands were sweating in these all day. I was super warm. I also wore these with a glove liner in Wisconsin while boarding in -46 degree weather. They were phenomenal. Hands were not an issue. I have always loved Outdoor Research from time in the military. These I do recommend.

These mitts work great. Was out in 10 degree temps and kept me perfectly warm. Product is very well built and should last a long time.
