This is the 4th new pair I've owned so far in my lifetime. Keeping my newest pair for hiking, mountaineering, snowshoeing, or whatever outdoor activity I'm using them for, and my older pairs I save as my "beaters" for yard work, logging, tree trimming, digging. brush clearing or whatever. Once my beaters have been repaired 3 or more times acquiring rips/tears through their rough life, I retire them and get another new pair. They patch up really well using a chunk of Cordura and some seam grip. They are worth every penny and its nice to gear a new pair on sale.

Good quality, great fit, must have. Never thought I would like gaiters so much.

Durable and waterproof

I used these Crocodile Gaiters for hunting and hiking through the mountains in Colorado. What can I say about the fabric performance: Waterproof, Breathable, Abrasion-Resistant, Windproof. They check all of those boxes. They make me look like I know what I'm doing, and I like that. I gave the gaiters an 8/10 because they're a little more difficult and time consuming to put on compared with my other gaiters. These seem to be the quieter, less crumply pair though.

Solid gaiters

Not much to say about these since they are just simple gaiters. However, they just work. They fit well and keep your legs and feet as dry as any gaiter can. They also have held up very well. They are very good for hunting in my opinion as they are quieter than some others on the market and are goretex. What more can you ask for in a gaiter?

Great First Pair of Gaiters

I used these last winter for a trip to Washington and they were great. Hiked about ten miles through two to three feet of snow in the mountains, and they kept my feet and lower legs dry the entire time. They provided significantly more mobility and comfort than the waterproof snowpants I had been using before. Also they are noticeably lighter. The only problem I encountered was that the left gaiter's velcro kept coming undone in the middle, so that each time we stopped I had to smooth it out. It wasn't a huge deal at the time, and they never came fully undone. But next time if I was expecting thicker brush or to be moving faster than a simple walk (i.e. a tactical scenario) I would look for something with a zipper.

Excellent gaiters

Excellent quality and materials. The fit and design are very well thought out. Can’t go wrong with this choice.

Must have for backpack hunts

If you're in hiking boots crossing rivers and going through brush, there's nothing better. Help keep your feet dry and stiff from falling down in your boots. I've used these for years on mountain hunts, woods you name it and I won't go in the field without them. Kept my feet dry many times crossing rivers. They are lightweight and easy to pull on over your boots and hiking pants. Must have for backpack hunters!

Worked wonderfully

These worked really well on my last hike. Completely saved my boots from getting crazy muddy and waterlogged. Build quality is very high.
