I love this top. It is so comfortable. It fits so well and I keep getting many compliments on it. I first bought the lighter color at a store and loved it so much. I decided to get the darker online. Both of them are stunning and ever so functional.

I like the material and the color (I got the blue one). It's thin, feels nice in summer. However, the hoodie is too small, so it doesn't block as much sun as I hoped. It doesn't fit over my cap.

I have never gotten more compliments on a shirt in my life. I did a summit hike in it yesterday and was stopped 3 separate times to take about it. It's thin, I felt fully protected from the sun, and it kept me cool. The thumb and ponytail holes are also a total game changer.

This hoodie is everything I was hoping it would be! It's so lightweight and comfortable. Perfect for kayaking and summer hiking!

Go-To Shirt For Hot Sunny Days

I like the bold print which camouflages the transparent nature of the fabric. I got my favorite color scheme which is the "snow watercolor". My size small printed hoodie seems to fit more generously than another Echo shirt I recently bought in size small (the half-zip one) and I like the more relaxed fit. For reference I'm 5'3", 127. Excellent for running, hiking and casual use in hot sunny weather. The thumb loops for keeping my hands covered are great. I prefer wearing a light sun shirt with long sleeves over having to keep reapplying sunscreen. The Echo line of shirts is as good as it gets for extreme lightweight, breathable fabric.

I bought one a few months ago because I wanted more sun protection when I hike and backpack. What sold me on this one was the pony tail slit in the hood!! I couldn’t believe somebody finally did this! I was going to pay someone to put a slit in the back of another sun hoodie I own. Another plus is that it is so lightweight. I loved it so much I bought another one.

Perfect summer shirt.

I love these summer sun shirts. I work in the field throughout the summer and first bought one of these for the added sun protection and light feel. It has been one of my absolute favourites...I have since ordered several more. Great when working in the forest or out in the sun. I love it for biking, hiking, and more. True to size - I wear both small and medium depending on how much room I want.

I've tried most of the sun hoodies available from Backcountry and REI, and this one was my favorite. Flattering (aka not too tight on my belly fat - I'm 5'6 with lots of curves and got the XL). Their lavender color is see through but the blue camo is not, and is super pretty (and won't look dirty in 5 seconds...). Note though that if I trusted the measurements there was no way my waist would be good in that XL, it would have been more of a 1X, but then that would have been way too large...
