Super Comfortable Short!
What else can I say? Super comfy and breathable. And I look sweet in the color! no one wants to read an entire paragraph on a pair of shorts... They are HONESTLY the most comfortable shorts I own, haven't climbed a corner in Moab to see how durable they are, but I ran in them a bunch this summer training for a race with no noticeable wear. I couldn't wear them to the race because it was snowing and I wore pants.... guess ill see if they have a pant in this model. Also the sinch strap instead of a belt is pretty sick too.

Tight waistband, fragile material
I purchased these shorts in black, size medium (like all of my shorts across all styles). I really like the overall appearance of the shorts, but the waist sizing is extremely tight- why not include a zipper fly at this price? I own the Astro Shorts - 7" in the same size and they aren't nearly as tight... Regardless, these aren't suitable for rock climbing, outdoor or indoor. First session I wore them on rock they snagged and frayed. I wore them again indoors and they got absolutely chewed up by the walls. Maybe these are more suitable for light hiking.

Love the Pocket Design
Found these at a thrift store with the tag still on, but they are now my favorite pair of shorts! The only ones I wore all summer. So comfortable and I love the pocket design, I can run and not worry about anything falling out. They are extremely breathable, great for sunny summer weather.

The best shorts I've ever come across
The most comfortable, good looking, easy shorts I've ever worn. I have so many of these now, and they're the only shorts in my closet. 11/10.

Movin Real Good
Light, quick drying, just enough stretch to remain durable, I'm okay without a fly, decent belt. I wear these for a week straight backpacking they are now my go to.

Best shorts ever!
I have been in the market for a new pair of shorts of a couple of years now. Until I tried the Ferris shorts from OR I really didn't know what I was missing! This is my first time using OR's Ferrosi fabric and I can tell that it is well made. I have used running shorts from Nike prior to these which are lighter weight but not nearly as durable. I love how OR includes two back pockets (please never change this!) It feels like a full robust pair of shorts with the five pockets you get and the 7" inseam is the perfect length. I started with a pair in black and plan to pick up another pair when more colors are released. I don't have a problem with the included belt, if you tuck in through the belt loop it stays out of the way and hasn't bothered me. I'm 5'7 and the size SMALL fits perfectly.

Great color (great butt)
Flattering. Stretchy. Fantastic color. Dry quickly. Zippered pockets make them great for canoeing. No notes.

Great shorts, belt could be improved
I love the Ferrosi material and the general fit of the shorts. However, the belt could be shortened a bit, as right now to fit my waist (I have a pair of 30in waist Ferrosi pants that fit pretty well) I have to pull the belt pretty far so a sizable amount dangles, and because the other end of the belt is fixed to the waistband, the belt sort of pinches the waistband fabric when I pull it tight enough to be more effective than the elastic of the waistband itself. Overall, a super minor complaint for some nice shorts.
