Why We Like The Outdoor Research Gripper Sensor Windbloc Glove

The Outdoor Research Gripper Sensor Windbloc Glove is an all-around fleece glove ready to brave the elements or cozy up by the campfire. The Polartec Windbloc 3LMicroFleece fabric offers us warmth, weather protection, and comfort thanks to its breathable and stretchy design that is water-resistant and windproof. The slip-on fit and tapered cuff make for a streamlined fit, and the touchscreen-compatible fingertips allow us to use our phones without taking off our gloves. If we have to remove a glove, the integrated glove clips help keep our gloves together.

Not as good as old version

Previous versions were far superior. I buy OR gloves because their XL size was perfect, slightly longer fingers than most other brands. The new gloves are smaller and they replaced the grip on the palms with squeaky rubber. The sensor fabric on the finger tips remains the best I’ve found for touchscreen compatibility. With the change to a smaller fit I’m going to start looking elsewhere.
