Feels like it's heated

I want to live in this vest! As soon as I put it in, it feels like it's emitting heat and warmth! Soft, cozy, with fleece-lined hand pockets, and arm holes that do not feel constricting or ride up too high. I want to buy every single one of these vests!!

My 2nd OT vest

These vests have a great design. They are longish, tapered in just the right places, and warm. This is my 2nd outdoor research vest and also have multiple OT jackets both for spring and winter. Love the quality that each affords us. This is definitely a case of, "you get what you play for".

Never thought I'd buy a vest

For the past year or so, I've been continually stealing my husband's helium down vest, but not wanting to get my own because I didn't want to look nerdy wearing a vest outside the house... I finally broke down and bought one, and I couldn't be happier. So far its biggest adventure has been to the dog park, but it's held up well to being jumped on and pawed at, so I think durability is pretty good. Love the fit as well, body following without being too tight. XS, 5'4", 115lb

Warm and comfy

Vest fits nicely all around. I'm usually between an xs and small, but went with the xs... glad i did. High quality down vest. Great to wear as a layer on colder days.

Not Too Puffy Puffer

Bought this for my petite (5'2") mother. Got a size M and it fits great. The tapered cut is really flattering and the M still allows space for layering without it being bulky or heavy. The length fit her well as it was not cropped but also not really long.

Material and fit/finish are top shelf. The insulating material maintains loft and is very warm without being overly puffy. Using it as a cool weather layer to keep core warm, the cut allows for a good base layer to be worn underneath. Lastly, the color is fantastic...almost a mulberry colour. This was a great buy from a great company. I have used OR products for the last 23 years and they never fail to impress!

Perfect Cozy layer

We keep a cool house and this vest is perfect for keeping me warm. I do wish the fabric were not as shiny, but it packs so light and fits well under any jacket, it's hard to complain about such a small aesthetic detail!

Excellent quality

Excellent quality and warm for the weight. My daughter needed a stylish vest that would keep her warm for school. It is fitted for a women's shape and passed the test for a picky teenager.
