Functional but delicate
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer

I use these in a Hestra 3 finger mitt. They’re simple and function perfectly when I need to remove my mitts and tinker with a phone, crampons or anything requiring extra dexterity. The strap at the heel is very useful. Unfortunately, because they are sheer by design, they are not intended for, nor do I expect they will withstand, prolonged use as a stand-alone, light outer glove. I have used them in that capacity when I’ve peeled off my mitts, and just from the contact with ski poles, are showing signs of wear.

Poor Quality
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Less than a year and only wearing them a handful of times the gloves are tearing at the wrist seam.

Velcro is kryptonite

Velcro instantly shreds the liner. Otherwise would be a perfect. Also, returns to backcountry costing $7 is a little ridiculous for defective items. Should be free for this type of return.

Great for what it is
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times

This is a great product for what it is--a thin liner that works underneath a second glove. The thinness is key because thicker liners generally don't work as liners for me. No issue with durability so far, however the material is thin so I can see how it would fall apart under heavy workloads/abuse. True to size for me

Holes formed after wearing 4 times

The fingers fit perfectly, but the cuff is too tight with no stretch built in. Gloves developed a hole after wearing 4 times. Returned.

Shredded after one day of use
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
When I first tried these on, I loved them. Soft, well constructed and warm. After one day of using them under my Hestra ski gloves, they were absolutely shredded to pieces. If these gloves even smell velcro, they will fall apart. As you can imagine, this is a problem when adjusting your ski gloves. I'm sure they have other uses, but they are too fragile for anything I would use them for.

Great with a caveat

Love these gloves. I tend to start cold then overheat with gloves when starting in 40-50F weather on runs. I felt that these breath well enough that I stay warm throughout without overheating. My only caveat is that given how thin they are, I have unfortunately ripped a hole in the palms after taking a tumble on trail run.
