I received nothing but praises for gifting my boyfriend this jacket. This was his first puffer style and he was in awe at the windproof fabric quality and how heated his core was during the snowstorm.

It’s warm. What I like about it is you have enough space to wear a long sleeve shirt under it and your arms aren’t crimped up.

Good for pnw late winter/early spring

Jacket seems nice. It has the same Patagonia quality you’d expect. I have a nano puff I’ve been wearing for years and absolutely love it. I like the water/wind resistance and wet weather protection with the synthetic insulation of the nano puff. Wanted to pick up a second Patagonia synthetic jacket but didn’t wanna pay full price for another nano puff (also wanted something with a hood but didn’t want to pay nearly 300 dollars for the nano puff hoodie.) This jacket seems a little less warm than the nano puff but that’s perfect for me since I run hot anyway. I think this jacket will fit into my early spring/fall wardrobe very nicely. Seems like it will work well for 40s to 50s and a light drizzle which is pretty much everyday here in nw Washington state. The only thing I do not like about it is the bottom of the jacket is a little bit too tight but I guess that’s just because it’s a bomber style. I run between a small and a medium (5’6 145 lbs) and the small fit me nicely. Still had enough room for a hoodie or a flannel underneath. Also worked well under a Gore-Tex shell.

Nice but runs big

I like the color and style but runs really big. I normally wear M on the jacket and I've had Patagonia in the past and that runs true to size. The sleeves are way too wide. I might have it exchanged for a S.

wanted to love it
Fit is strange as maybe even the size small is designed to comfortably fit someone with a large pot belly, but also extends equally out on the back side - as if a water balloon shape? If you don't mind a big amount of fabric extending on the front and back (unless perfectly pulled down - that's the only way I could have it not poof out...), then it's fine. Bummed as it's well made and perfect warmth for me - just a strange cut and shape.

Bought this for my son who never wore a jacket or coat before this even in our Chicago winters. He hasn’t taken this jacket off. It’s perfectly lightweight and warm enough to use for moderate cold temps. Also can be easily stowed in a backpack while at school. Great jacket!

Ordered this for my husband after Christmas. It came quick and fits great but there is an oil stain on the pocket that goes across the entire pocket. It looks like it was worn, returned and then shipped to me

I live in the Pacific NW and I bought this jacket for fall and spring weather. it's warmer than I thought it'd be but that's not a bad thing. I am 5'9" and weigh 185lbs and I bought a large. It's a decent fit - a little more room in the arms and torso than i was expecting but I'm good with wearing sweatshirts underneath the jacket when it gets really cold. Overall a decent purchase.

Perfect Jacket

I was looking for a jacket for my early AM workouts. This jacket is perfect, very light weight and warm but not too warm to be exercising. Blocks the wind well too. I bought it a size larger, I like the extra room, but also so I can just add a layer on colder days. Highly recommend.
