Why We Like The Patagonia Diamond Quilted Bomber Hoodie
Whether we are out for a hike or in a casual setting, the Patagonia Diamond Quilted Bomber Hoodie is one of our favorites due to its lightweight warmth, stylish design, and recycled materials. The jacket is made from 100 percent recycled polyester and has a diamond quilted pattern filled with 80 grams of recycled polyester for warmth. An insulated hood has drawcords to cinch it down, and the full-zip construction is low profile and allows us to open up the jacket when it gets too warm. Two hand pockets and a zippered chest pocket keep our hands warm and allow us some storage space for our essentials.

Needs more zippered pockets
Needs more zippered pockets for secure storage. Otherwise, it's a bomber jacket so be prepared for it to fit waist high or higher.

So happy with this jacket!

So it’s a bit boxy, definitely dotted like some other puffers are but that doesn’t bother me. I actually like that it’s kind of roomy as I was planning on being able to wear sweaters underneath. The color is pretty much as pictured and very nice in person. I’ve gotten compliments on it already. As for the cold, I haven’t used it in below 40 weather so I can’t say how it fares there but overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Discoloration after washing

I bought one in an aqua color, the inside is a darker blue. After washing the outside appears to have blotches of the inside color. I don’t wash my jackets with other clothes so I am at a loss. It’s a very simple jacket with a chest pocket. That’s it.

I love mine. Its perfect for east coast weather, for the in between times when its not hot and not cold but just kind of damp and dreary. It’s just the ticket. I always take an XS and this was no different. I Recommend it!
