Super cute!

The color blocking on these shorts attracted my attention and they are even prettier in person. I like the material and I absolutely love all of the pockets. I ordered a size small because of the other reviewers having issues getting them past their hips and thank goodness I did. I have to almost completely loosen the belt to get them over my hips. I did have to tighten the belt significantly to get them to fit the way i prefer. Waist: 28in Hips: 38in I usually wear between an Xsmall and small for most shorts and skirts depending on the stretch and fit but I prefer my clothes more form fitting.

I wear a 2-4, but due to the short length of the belt it is hard to get these over my hips. I wish I had ordered a medium, but don't want to go through the hassle due to backcountry's charge for a return.

I was so glad that Backcountry had the Pufferfish gold color and at such an amazing deal! The material is durable and made from recycled materials! Its doesn't make a swooshing or rubbing sound when walking, and all the pockets are amazing to have! Plus I love the elastic waistband, that peeks out from the material The elastic waistband goes all the way around and its not removable. I didn't realize this until I bought it, but luckily it fits and I can get them on/off no problem. If you have larger hips, I would suggest sizing up, as the elastic waistband is adjustable and could be cinched to fit your waist.

Almost impossible to get over hips

The belt does not unbuckle, so even though the shorts were loose around my hips, it was a serious struggle to get the waistband over my hips in a size S. Otherwise, they are really cute and functional.

I’m 5’4 and around 135 pounds (athletic build) and these shorts are amazing. I have a larger hips to waist ratio so I got medium. The waist band cinches super small so I’m thankful for that or else they’d be too big!

Great shorts but not for thick thighs

These shorts are great, moisture-wicking, but I ordered a medium (my normal size) and they rode up my thighs the entire time.
