Great Hiking Tights!

I bought these to hike in Alaska and they were perfect! Pockets held my documents and my phone/camera no problem and they held up beautifully even to light rain!

Seams are incredibly uncomfortable

I really wanted these to work, but just wearing them around the house is painful, I can’t imagine actually trekking in them. The seams where the material differs, ie the patch over the backside, dig into my skin and chafe so badly. I even tried washing them to see if there was any improvement—but it only made it worse somehow. I really like Patagonia and have a ton of their products but they missed the mark on this one. I’d return them if I still could.

I REALLY wanted to like these- they checked all of the boxes; thicker, durable fabric, great pockets, beautiful color... but the color blocking just did not flatter as a good legging should! The seat of the pants really flattens your "assets". I also wish there was a drawstring for the waist. In the end, they would be 'fine' in a pinch, but didn't love them enough for the price!
