The exceptional value for money is truly remarkable. I am delighted with my purchase and also acquired the matching sling bag. It is an excellent addition, and I will undoubtedly make another purchase in the future.

Solid through and through
Alright, so I finally jumped on the Peak Design bandwagon and grabbed the Everyday Backpack Zip. Been thinking about it for a while, and since I needed a new bag anyway, I figured why not? I went with the 20L. First impressions? This thing is sharp. Way cleaner looking than my old backpack. Love the minimalist style. No crazy straps hanging everywhere, just a nice, clean look. The zipper is super convenient. Makes it so easy to grab stuff, even if it's buried at the bottom. Inside, those FlexFold dividers are pretty cool. I can configure them perfectly for my Sony a7iii and my three lenses. Everything fits snug and secure, no bouncing around. My 13-inch Macbook Air fits great in the laptop sleeve, too. Plenty of room for it, and I still have tons of space for accessories, batteries, memory cards, all that stuff. I was a little worried about the tripod carry, but it works perfectly. The side straps cinch down really nicely and hold my tripod super securely. No issues at all. Honestly, I was worried it might be too small, but it's actually perfect for what I need. It holds all my camera gear, my laptop, and everyday essentials with no problem. It's definitely more compact than my old backpack, which is exactly what I wanted. It's definitely a pricey bag, but the quality seems really good so far. Feels very well-made. I'm happy with it. If you're thinking about getting one and you have a similar setup to mine (Sony a7iii, a few lenses, 13" Macbook Air), I'd definitely recommend it. Just make sure to check out some reviews and maybe even try one on in person if you can, just to be sure.

My Forever Backpack!!!
Bought the PD ED Zip in 20l on a whim. Exceeds all expectations. Quality build. I’m not even a camera person and intended to use for short business trips. I can load my MacBook Air, 12.9 iPad Pro, accessories, a light jacket, a tshirt and pair of pants with zero issues. Love that the backpack keeps its shape!

Everyday Backpack is Extraordinary
This is my second backpack. The first one was the 15L and it worked fantastic for two years until I realized the 20L is better suited to my travel needs. The thoughtful design, the ingenious functionality and the sturdy construction gets you excited every time you use it. Recently two TSA officers complimented me on the backpack and inquired extensively about its functions. Was happy to share that this is no ordinary backpack.

Such a great purchase
I've used the same backpack since 2007 and it was really time for a new one. I narrowed it down to companies that use recycled/sustainable fabrics and are vegan. I usually love color but black is the only option to not have the leather accent. I'm still thrilled with this backpack. The organization and side access options are fantastic. And the magnets that hold the straps in place are genius. Please keep up the great work and consider more vegan color options!

Great concept...bag not built for my body type
I purchased a 6L sling this past year and used it while on travel and really like it a lot. However, I found it limiting and wanted a small bag to help me lug my mirrorless camera and 3 lens (8-16mm, 70-300mm, and 16-80mm) all day without fatigue around neck and shoulder. The sling doesn't start out heavy, but it gets heavy when you are lugging it all day and switching between lenses while walking through new cities. I chose this backpack because it is 20L...smaller than my 45L backpack and bigger than the 6L sling...I also liked the continuous zipper design. I received the bag. It looks and feels great. The option to open from the top looked good in the video, but in reality, the bag doesn't have a natural bend toward the top and I found it hard to access its contents without fully unzipping the bag. The only problem with trying to open the bag is the dividers have to be detached from the top of the bag. This is not ideal. The last and biggest problem I had is the bag simply did not sit well on my back. I have a broad back. I am a big guy. The bag is entirely too small for it to be ergonomically pleasing. The shoulder straps fully extended caused the bag to sit low on my back toward my butt. This made it impossible to use the chest strap.

Best All-Round Backpack
I bought this about a year ago with photography in mind, but I have been surprised since then to see the versatility of the bag! You can use it for absolutely anything, with no worries at all knowing that it made to the high Peak Design quality.
