Not Happy with Chase or Backcountry

- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
I bought the stuff because Chase was offering $200 cash back on $400 purchase at Backcountry. Backcountry split up my single order into multiple charges and I have not received my cash back. Lots of complaining to Chase -- still not resolved. So, buyer beware. If I don't get my cash back, I will return the entire order.
