Tights slip over waist

- I've used it several times
I've worn these tights several times over my bike shorts. On each occasion, they slipped down over my hips, and bunched up mid thigh. This requires several stops to pull them back up again. These tights badly need a draw string waist to keep them in place.

They run small

These tights run very small. I bought a pair of Amfib tights several years ago. They fit great and have held up very well. So Pearl iZumi's Attack tights were at the top of my list when I was shopping for lighter tights for spring and fall. I bought the same size as my Amfib tights and that was the correct size according to the Attack tight's fit guide. I should have sized up one or two sizes. The Attack tights were super tight at the top of my calves behind my knees. The waist band wrote down in the back as if it wasn't just too small, but also not cut high enough.
