Sweater is VERY WIDE & NO exchanges!!!

Size Bought:: M
Height:: 4' 11"
Weight:: 130

Sweater is nice BUT size chart is VERY inaccurate! Says it's "relaxed" fit and the size chart says to buy a M for a 37" bust. However, the garment hangs straight but actually measures 45" at the bust! Now I'm stuck with an un-usable gift for my petite sister! Because the chart is SO inaccurate and no garment measurements are given, I think Customer Service should update it's description and allow me to exchange this sweater for a small. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Cute and not itchy wool

Familiarity:: I've put it through the wringer

This sweater is boxy but adorable. I love the lightness and warmth of it. I have worn it with a tank top underneath and it really is not itchy. I do recommend sizing down. I am usually a Medium but got a Small and it is perfect.
