Great Bag. Excellent Customer Service

My wife's review of the bag is excellent. It was a gift she requested, and she loves the pockets, the look, and everything else. It fits her rack solidly and she's looking forward to many miles with it. I'm mostly writing to review the customer service. When I ordered the bag for Christmas delivery, I got a notice that it was delivered - along with a bunch of other packages. I take all packages and put them in a corner in a room for opening and wrapping later. It was after Christmas that I realized that I had not seen the bag. I checked the order and found that the bag had arrived at a house that I had over 10 years ago in another state. Combination of web site process issues, and my lack of thorough review when placing the order. Backcountry didn't even question it. They sent a new bag and it was wonderful. The customer service was way above and beyond what I expected.
