Radbot 1000 Tail Light
Rather than spending your riding life in the dangerous dark, embrace the illumination of Portland Design Works' Radbot 1000 Tail Light, a pint-sized but powerful rear beacon with brightness that rivals that of a car tail light, so you'll be easy to see when you're pedaling along with traffic. With three modes—zZz pop, Cornea Blitz, and Rock Steady—you'll be able to choose between a strobe, flash, and steady beam, and enjoy up to 30 hours of power on two AAA batteries. The Radbot's water-resistant case won't fizzle the electronics if you're riding through a rain shower, and convenient seatpost, rack, and backpack mounts let you slap it on wherever you want and pop it off when you leave your bike outside for the afternoon.

Beaut' of a Rear Light
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Bright, easy to attach, solid price point, and the reflective bit is a great bonus. This is the only one of my bike-light collection that isn't rechargeable and that's my only issue with it. I knew that going in so was prepared and did not adjust my score downwards. For me this light functions as an extra if a friend doesn't have a light for their bike and does super well in that capacity. Always happy to buy more Portland Design Works products. I now have 10 of their lights, the Sparrow bottle cage on my girl's cruiser, and 2 of the Bar-ista Coffee Cup Holder (pro-tip: this works with the Hydroflask 16 or 22 oz tumblers with any type of beverage *wink)
