Keep my feet nice and warm

Wearing them indoors, in a very cold room, so far they are great! The only thing is there are no washing instructions on the website or included with the product. The fit is good, I got a small and wear a 7, I was surprised I could get my foot inside, I have a high instep and fat ankles, but no problems. I wonder if someone with skinny ankles would find them too big, you can't adjust them at all.
