Not great. Perhaps for a beginner

I recently bought the Red Paddle Co. Cruiser Tough 3-Piece CamLock Adjustable SUP Paddle, but unfortunately, it wasn't a great fit for me. While it seems like a well-made paddle (it boasts a durable construction and a CamLock system for easy adjustability), it fell short in a key area: length. For my height 5'6", the paddle felt way too short, making paddling feel awkward and less efficient. This significantly impacted my enjoyment on the water. If you're on the shorter side, this paddle might work for you. But for taller paddlers like myself, I'd recommend looking for a longer adjustable paddle to ensure a more comfortable and efficient paddling experience.

I currently own 10 SUPs + 18 paddles. Recently bought a Red Paddle Co Tandem Board (which is great) and bought these paddles (which are crap) along with it. These are easily the worst paddles I've encounted. They are worse than the basic $30 options available on amazon or your local big box sporting goods store. I can't fathom how RPC - who seems to pride themselves as an industry leader - sells such a worthless product. And they charge a premium each to boot! The paddles are short. Shorter than all my other paddles (despite identical specs). Shorter than kids specific sized paddles I own. Too short for my wife and I who are pretty average height. The clamps which are supposed to set the minimal height adjustment don't work. They use a phillips head screw to tighten the clamp, but the design has a built in upper limit to how much you can screw them down, and it isn't even close enough to secure the shaft in place. Love my RPC board. But these paddles are frankly laughable at any price. Certainly not worth $150.
