Rene Herse's 35mm clincher bridges the gap between narrow road and wide gravel tires
The Rene Herse Bon Jon Pass TC Tire is the answer for frames with just a little more room than a 31-32mm tire needs but not quite enough to run a 38mm, a width that opens up mixed-surface riding without demanding a dedicated gravel rig. Made in Japan, the folding bead clincher fits hookless or hooked rims from 17 to 27mm internal width, covering the current gravel wheel standard without restriction.
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The Bon Jon Pass fills the gap when a 32mm tire leaves clearance on the table but a 38mm won't fit. At 35mm it threads that needle without giving up any of the all-road feel Rene Herse is known for."
