Handheld flask
I bought this about a month ago, it’s lite weight for quick runs with no running vest. Super happy I bought this.

Unlocking the lock seems impossible
I know I am being a bit hard with the 1 star rating but given the bottle hasn't served the purpose it was bought for and now sits at home, I think the 1 star rating is justified. I'd also like to add that it seems to be a running theme with the 1 stars and I too contribute to it: the bottle I have is literally impossible to unlock when one's running. It requires way too much effort and has even scratched my nails in my attempts to twist it. I ended up just twisting open the cap and drinking directly from the bottle's opening. Obviously, that does away with the convenience of carrying a bottle with a nozzle. Now, I've given up on this one and it lies at home. It is a pity though, I did have high hopes for it and was very happy when I purchased it.

Lightweight
I bought it for my weekend long runs and it works amazing. It's lightweight and takes up very little space. You forget you have it in your hand. My only concern is it doesn't feel like it will last long, but we'll see how it lasts.

Awesome, just send me what I actual paid for
The bottles are great. They work great for racing, especially with the locking tops. I'm able to stow these in a belt without worrying about them leaking. However, the last 4 bottles I've purchased have all came with the non locking, traditional cap. Please just sent me what I thought I was buying.

Chemical taste
I bought this for running. It adds a chemical taste to the water despite several washes. I can’t use it as the taste is terrible and the though of what is actually going into my body.

Terrific running handheld bottle
I purchased the active handheld bottle about a month ago. As an older runner, I find that I need to drink more while I run. Especially with temps above 75. I wanted something light and minimalistic with a volume that would get me through 60 min/6 miles. This bottle does that. I love it. Its comfortable to hold, no sloshing, perfect volume, cleanable.

Faulty unreliable ON/OFF cap system
I Have used this flask for 3 sessions now and the same exact thing happens every time, the ON/OFF system gets stuck/locked to OFF and I can't turn it, today I had to use a pipe wrench to get it un-stuck again, and I have strong hands/grip/fingers, This happens why? during runs when I try to open and lock it, it ends up turning/rotating the whole cap of the flask, they I try to tighten it hard to prevent this from happening and the ON/OFF system gets stuck/locked to OFF and I end up having to take off the whole cap for drinking, incredible frustrating system. I might have an item that is faulty from production ? but this system is not easy to use even when it is *working* , when I have sweaty or cold wet hands it is really hard to operate. I have other similar systems from another brand (not mentioned), and it works perfect every time allways no matter the situation.
