Fit very small
I have been buying Salomon shoes for quite a while, due mainly to their fit. Unfortunately, these shoes fit like no other Salomons I have purchased. They are incredibly tight in the toe box. I would have needed to size them up a whole size to get them to fit. These just weren't for me.

Best Trail Running Shoe I've Ever Had
I am an avid trail runner, and hiker and have owned many trail shoes over the past 5-10 years. These Ultra-Flows although still new (I've had them for about a month now) have quickly become my favourite trail runners that I've ever owned. I primarily shop with Salomon, but have also owned trail runners from LA Sportiva and New Balance. All of these shoes have been good over the years and had their own special features that make them enjoyable, but the Ultra-Flows have quickly proven to me that they are tough, very waterproof, lightweight, and have excellent grip. I also love how they lace up rather than use the speed lace system that Salomon uses on many of it's shoes, as I have found that this breaks easily and doesn't keep the shoes tight on long runs. I have ran about 35km in these shoes, all around the mountains of British Columbia's West Coast, and I also use them for work as an Outdoor Ed. Teacher. They are comfortable and keep my feet dry all day, which is saying something Vancouver. All in all, these shoes are everything I've hoped for so far. Would recommend.

Very Comfortable!
Great shoes, very comfortable. The fit is very similar to Nike's. I wear an 11 in Nike and needed the 11 in these as well. They appear very well constructed and should last a long time. Would definitely buy again.

All day shoes!! Very comfy!!
Truly the rocker shape of the sole mixed with the unbelievable midsole cushion they put in there as well as the rock plate mixed with a waterproof lining inside that really works - all day from office to mall to more importantly- the trail!! Great versatility- great look and feel. Highly recommend.

Excellent shoe, could use minor tweaks.
Near perfect shoes for me. Underfoot comfort is great. Traction is great. Feel stable. They are a bit narrow and the big toe gets slightly sore after a while, so my only feedback on these is around the fit which could be more natural: a bit wider with a more natural, slightly more oblique toe box. Due to how narrow they are, they look long.
