Wide and Comfortable
I recently wore these for a trekking trip and had no pain. These are better for those with wide feet and who need a softer sole. It's a true road to trails shoe if you will be running/walking on both.

Comfortable
I have os navicularis, so a cushioned shoe is imperative. This is one of the few that actually are. I experienced no pain during a week-long trekking trip. Addtionally, no moisture came in after walking in mud for miles. They are pretty bulky, so I don't know if they are the greatest running shoe, but I definitely recommend for walking.

Wish I could return.
At first try on I noticed they are noisy. The mesh makes as a little noise. I thought it would go away after a few runs, but it hasn’t. It also has internal stitching near the top shoelace holes that rub after a few miles. Additionally the top shoelace hole has a metal cover. Why? I’m sure when I bought the description said Mixed terrain, it now shows smooth. So what is it? Fit is true to size. Cushion is good. Unfortunately, I’m not sure this is going to work for some the longer trail runs this fall. Wish I could return or exchange for another trail shoe.

Light and strange!
Straight out of the box these didn't feel right - not much support in the footbed, low heel and upper is very thin and not supportive. They'd be a great shoe for road running, but not high intensity trail running. Not sure if I could rely on these to support me in rocky terrain or grip mud. Had to return...

Great waterproof hiking shoe - runs big
This shoe is great for hiking in muddy-puddly Oregon! My feet stay dry and warm. Nice cushioning, and I love the reverse lugs on the heel for going down slippery hills. However, they run large. I bought my usual size (W8), and had looked at the size chart but have realized that I would do better in a 7 1/2. I can't lace them tight enough to keep from slipping around a bit and bigger socks are actually too warm. So, I recommend sizing down a bit when buying these.
