Super cute & warm

I bought this in the silver as a fun ski jacket. It is VERY warm- perfect for cold days! Also very waterproof. The hood fits well over a helmet. The cropped fit works great with bib style snow pants but also looks great with jeans as a non-ski jacket. I sized up to a large to accommodate sweaters etc underneath. Would buy again!

Sent me back a damaged item

I had to order this jacket THREE times from Backcountry. The first time, there was a rip in the jacket. The second time, they sent me the wrong jacket. The third time, they sent me back the jacket with the rip in it after I verified that Backcountry takes damaged items out of stock. Their compensation for these problems was absolutely pitiful. They didn’t care that their mistakes took away my time and energy. I just have to send it back for the third time and move on. Careful buying from them, they clearly put damaged items back in stock.
