Solid and stable support

I’ve been using my Scarpa Goldengate 2 several weeks for my daily trail walk/hike and I love them! My route is up and down hills over exposed tree roots and rocks as well as gravel and dirt. These shoes handle all surfaces equally well. The fit in the heel is solid and stable and the toe box is roomy and wide enough for my forefoot to move naturally. This is my first pair of Scarpa shoes, I am impressed with how well they are working for me. I chose the size based on their recommendation, I normally wear women’s 9.5 and bought the 41.5. The 41 probably would have been fine as well but I am happy with the 41.5.
