Why We Like The SCOTT Addict 10 Road Bike
For riders looking for a bike to take on long-distance adventures instead of to the starting line, we recommend the SCOTT Addict 10 Road Bike. This distance-focused road bike features an endurance geometry to keep our entire body comfortable even after we hit the triple-digit mileage mark, and the Addict Disc HMF carbon frame and fork help create a smooth ride over every section of the tarmac. Though designed for traveling the distance, the frame still features optimized aerodynamics with technologies such as integrated cable routing to keep us riding with utmost efficiency.
Equipped with the 2 x 12-speed SRAM RIVAL eTap AXS electronic drivetrain, this bike offers a blend of precision and versatility. The 10-36t cassette and 46/33t chainring combo combine to provide a wide range of gears so we can climb or descend any mountain in our way, while the wireless eTap AXS system simplifies gear changes with seamless shifting performance and reduced maintenance. With the Syncros RP2.0 Disc wheelset and Schwalbe ONE Fold tires, this bike delivers exceptional rolling efficiency, long-lasting durability, and a blend of speed and comfort to keep us going for miles.

Sweet Ride
- Size Bought:

First, this bike was sent to me in a "bullet proof" box with every part strapped with thick plastic tip ties. I've never experienced a better packed bike! Initial impressions of the bike : Responsive to input and still comfortable. Well designed bike both in appearance and in performance. The wheels are too heavy for my taste, so I upgraded them with a pair of carbon ones. The etap wireless groupset works reliably and is a pleasure to use. The range of gears facilitates negotiating any terrain including steep hills with ease. I expect this bike to last many years.

Balanced ride

Initial impressions after one month. I’ve bought and sold a number of bikes over the years and this was the best packaged bike that I’ve ever seen. About the bike…Smooth riding and responsive to input. The wheels are too heavy for my taste. After upgrading wheels to carbon, I achieved my speed targets. The etap is reliable and offers a great range of gears to tackle any terrain. An elegant and well designed bike that I expect to last for years to come.
