THESE RUN A FULL SIZE SMALL - BEWARE

I purchased two pairs of these on Final Sale clearance. I am a perfect ladies size 10m my entire life. This model is so SNUG and RIGID and SMALL I literally cannot even get my foot in. A different model of SCOTT trail shoes I bought were snug for about three hours and then were OK but this absolutely must be the reason they are on clearance. They are VERY NARROW also. Not fun to wear and now I am stuck with two pairs that cannot be returned???? What now??? UGH I WISH IT COULD BE RETURNED - they are PAINFUL
