Why We Like The Sea to Summit Evac Compression Dry Bag UL
The Sea to Summit Evac Compression Dry Bag UL is made of a waterproof yet air-permeable fabric that keeps our gear dry while letting us push excess air out, eliminating the need for a purge valve. Appalachian trail prep and gear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Evac compression dry bags ,as i purchased 2 are stuffed and ready for my up and coming through hike. The size, price, and quality fit perfectly with my needs. The need to keep my down bag and clothes dry made this a no brainer even for me.

Dry, Compact and functional
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these stuff sacks for backpacking in unpredictable weather. Knowing that my sleep system is dry and ready for me when I need it after a long hike is priceless. I use these for my essential clothing too - puffy, sleep long underwear. Just need to keep those pieces dry and this bag does it.

Everything I wanted in a compression sack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This might be the perfect bag, well designed in every detail. It’s lightweight, with 2 buckles the straps don’t get tangled, and the E-vent fabric lets out the air you couldn’t quite squeeze out the top. Highly recommend

Great bag just watch out for clips.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this bag but it’s difficult to get the air out (probably what makes it so waterproof) and the main clip sticks. I need something to grip it to unlock. Overall good purchase but that clip will keep me from using it in my thru hike.

More space in my pack now
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The 8L bag fits my 20degree down sleeping bag with plenty of room left. Easily makes my sleeping bag 40% smaller than the stuff sack it came with. This will free up a good amount of space in my pack that I can use for other things, and gives another layer of waterproofing for the most important piece of gear. This should also fit in most bike panniers just fine, fits in mine. It can be a bit difficult to push air out of the sack but just be patient it does work.
