Fails pre-maturely

- I've put it through the wringer
I've had three pairs of these and they've all stopped working within one season. The last pair I bought my wife stopped working before she even had a chance to use them. The manufacturer is okay about the warranty but will only replace the failed mitten and then you end up with one new one and one used mitten.
