Why We Like The Shimano RC703 Wide Cycling Shoe
Like its regular model, the Shimano RC703 Wide Cycling Shoe brings unmatched comfort, stability, and pedaling efficiency to our race-day performance but with more space inside. Combining a carbon fiber outsole, low stack height midsole, and Power Zone lace guides reduces the shoe's weight while increasing pedaling stability and efficiency, while the strategically placed perforations on the synthetic leather upper keep our feet cool with optimized ventilation. For a dialed-in, personalized fit, all we have to do is twist the BOA Dual Zone L6Z dials, adjust the lace guides, and find our way to the top step.

Sizing issue
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Shoes look really nice. Unfortunately I went by the sizing chart that back country provides. I need a 9.5, which per their chart is a 44. Upon arrival I pull the shoes out, try them on, walk around in them. Thought maybe it’s because it’s “wide”. Walked around some more and just couldn’t get over how much space I have. Finally I checked the sizing on the box and shoe itself. Lo and behold, 44 = US 10. So not only did I get a 10 but a 10 wide! So of course it’s way too big. I go to the Shimano site to figure out what’s going on and there it confirmed that 44 = 10. The sizing chart needs to be updated! Returning!
