Affordable helmet

Pro's: Good, affordable helmet. Dial-style retention band works well. Customizable fitting pad set allows great mix-and-match of small, medium, and large pads. Con's: Minor grumble....the velcro fastners for the fitting pads are junk and fall off when wet. Easy work-around with a trip to hardware or office supply store.
