Warm and Comfortable
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- 42
I bought these and in one ride I knew I chose well. They are warm and comfortable; my SIDI mountain bike shoes give my one foot grief - slips on my right foot & causes pain - so I was skeptical about buying the boots, but they fit much better.

Almost perfect - darn good
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Bought for bad weather winter riding - gravel and mtb. On sizing - need to order a size up. I’m a 46 in specialized, needed a 47 in these Sidi. Tried a 46 and too tight. 47 is a tad large - but for this application works great. Fit and comfort is exceptional, incredibly warm on the coldest of days. Perform perfectly in light rain and all the mtb mud. Where they lose stars is medium to heavy rain. The ankle cuff is relatively wide open, rain or tire splatter spraying on your legs just runs straight into the shoes. On a particularly rainy ride my feet almost froze as the shoes filled with spray. Only option is to use booties/covers and create a tighter seal between pants and ankle.. which IMO is pretty lame - I thought whole idea of these was to avoid booties.. Basically - 5 stars for cold and mild wet rides, puddles and all that. 2 stars for riding in rain or very wet riding without fenders.
