A dedicated internal pocket keeps the multi-tool and tube separated so friction between sharp edges and soft rubber is no longer a variable, and money and card slots add organization that most seat bags never consider. The unique off center Aquaguard zipper lets the bag open completely flat when off the bike for easy packing, while allowing access to the multi-tool and card slots on the bike without risking the rest of the contents spilling onto the road.

Attachment is handled by a high friction Hypalon strap paired with a BOA ratcheting closure that generates more than fifteen times the holding power of Velcro and will not creep or loosen under vibration or impact. The result is a seat bag that sits high and tight under the saddle through rough roads, cobbles, and hard efforts without swinging, swaying, or producing a single rattle. At 90 grams with 0.5 liters of capacity, the Mattone carries a tube, two CO2 cartridges, a regulator, tire levers, and a multi-tool without adding meaningful weight to the bike.
