Merino wool that can be machine washed and dried is the best. I have a bunch of these for daily wear and love this one with slightly higher weight.

Great Baselayer

I bought one of these in January and skied for six weeks trying various layers to stay warm and still have the best mobility. The best combo was an under armour short sleeve short, the Smartwool baselayer and a Free Fly Bamboo Heritage fleece. Even at the coldest temps I was warm. I bought two more of these Smartwool baselayers.

Bought this for a ski week at Big Sky. Love Smartwool and this is no different. Very soft and comfortable. Lightweight but still very warm. Wore it 3 days straight and still no odor. Love it!
