Wonderful Wedge!
I love a wedge and I love Sorel - they did not disappoint! Even more comfortable than previous Sorel boots I have purchased. Absolutely love the look, the height, and the comfort!

Size up
Nice boot but I suggest sizing up if you are in between sizes. I ordered my normal size 6.5 and had to re-order the 7. I needed more room in the toe area.

Faulty insoles
These boots were exactly what I was looking for to replace an older, similar Joan of Arctic wedge that I loved. I found these boots to be very comfortable from the first time I wore them - they didn’t seem to need to be broken in. However, I noticed when I first got them that the insoles didn’t seem to reach all the way to the heel. I was actually able to pull the insole back to the edge of the heel. I didn’t think anything of it at the time because the boots were comfy but as the day went on, it seemed as though I had on a bad pair of socks that wouldn’t stay up. It felt strange and I kept reaching down thinking I needed to pull up my socks. After taking my foot out, I realized my socks were fine - it was the heel of the insole on each foot that was bunching up in the arch of my foot. I would smooth it out only to have it slide down and bunch up again. I’ve only wore these boots 3 times and I’m afraid I can’t keep wearing them until I get the insoles fixed. It seems like there wasn’t enough glue to hold them in place. Other than that, they’re great (expensive) boots. Glad I got them on sale but they were still pricey and this shouldn’t happen.

Perfect
I was looking for a wedge boot similar to the Joan of Arc wedge I purchased 5 years ago. Found these and I am very happy with this purchase also! Wedge height is perfect and I love the rubber wedge, they are great for walking and standing on all types of different situations such as snow and ice! Just buy them already!!! 😂😍 True to size

Style more than comfort with this wedge boot
Was hoping these would be as comfy as the Joan of Arc wedge waterproof boots I bought years ago…unfortunately they are more of a wear out to dinner shoe not an all day/night shoe. They are stylish

Great boots!
Super cute, sturdy, and well-constructed. Loved them so much I bought a second pair (white/black). My only minor complaint is that, since the neck of the boot is a little higher than the Joan boots I'm used to, the top rubs into my legs a bit which is uncomfortable. Hoping this stops once I break them in a bit. All in all I love them!
