Poor fitting
Boot is made too small. With thick socks on it aused my feet to become numb. The tongue is too narrow & couldn't be waterproof since my foot was showing. Measured my feet beforehand & used the size chart.

Leaks!
Love the look, style and comfort of these boots! I own two pair - one pair, 2 years old with only seasonal wear - the other pair, less than a year old, halfway through seasonal wear - and I end up with wet feet after wearing them! They’re definitely leaking somewhere and for the price I paid, with the minimal wear, I’m super disappointed. I’ll be looking elsewhere for a good pair of cute boots.

LOVE
These boots are perfect!!! So comfortable, keeps feet DRY, and warm. I wore these entire week in Wyoming snow and they were great. Only downfall slippery on ice but what else isn’t? LOVE THEM

Sizing changed
Have loved and lived in these boots for years. Sorel must have changed them this year. They are so narrow now and uncomfortable. So disappointing

Runs small - order a half size larger
Runs small. I returned instead of re-ordering..too much hassle around xmas. Was also charged for the return.

Almost great
My left foot loves these shoes. However the right foot pokes into my forefoot where the toes bend and it has bruised my foot. I tried to have them warrantied, but Sorel just said the case was closed. I have 6 other pairs of sorel boots and don't have this problem in any of them.

Disappointed
These boots are very comfortable and I loved them until they started leaking. I thought Sorel had a better product than this. The glue used along the top of the boot has pulled away and now the boot leaks in rain or snow. For only wearing them a occasionally throughout two years, I am shocked this company does not stand behind their product but instead insists on a 'one year limited life-time' warranty. Sad for Sorel as you will continue to lose customers

Not holding up over time
I have loved these boots for over a year. They are warm, very comfortable and the color I have, black and sparkly silver is so cute. Unfortunately, the shoe is coming unglued from the sole and the trim is coming unglued. It is incredibly disappointing as I expect better quality from Sorel.

Great purchase
I have always loved this brand and have been wearing my last pair for a few years. Happy to share this arrived in great condition and looks exactly as pictured on site The boots is attractive and comfortable. I do wish the brand would make wide width options.

Not in love
Box arrived damaged and the tan pair arrived with several scuffs on them, appearing to have been worn. The boots themselves are pretty cute. I like last year’s version much more though. Ordered half a size up because last year’s were a little snug in my normal size. These are almost too big, they fit weird and are heavier. The black and chalk ones - the rubber lower portion is a tan yellow, NOT off white like the photos make them appear. Likely returning.
