Nice Upgrade
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I swapped these into my main cycling shoes and they are definitely better than the insoles that came with the shoes (Adidas Gravel)

Order Information is Truncated
Once I placed my order, the order information was correct except it left off the sizing. It was only later that the sizing was included and ended up costing me double shipping and delay. If I had seen the sizing information as soon as the order was processed and I was notified I could have made changes without the delay and shipping costs for return and placing a new order.

Surprisingly good
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These worked as advertised. They fit into a size 48 pair of Fiziks without having to be trimmed. Before, the shoes got very uncomfortable after a few miles. Although not perfect, these insoles are a massive improvement. Longest ride, so far, is 40 miles. We'll see how they do as the mileage goes up. Recommended!

Not great
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times

Didn’t work for my needs. They took up too much space in two different pairs of cycling shoes. No matter the adjustments, they weren’t comfy. I had high hope they would help a neuroma pain but they only yielded numb feet on both sides. Backcountry is great but the product didn’t work.

Fantastic insoles!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Transformed my mildly uncomfortable RX8's into very comfortable shoes. Remove some of the pain on the knees due to better arch support, especially when putting down torque on pedals. Would certainly recommend!

These works well!

My arches need all the support they can get. These sock liners fit perfectly. They provide additional stability and support, I got a pair for both my road and gravel shoes.

I have tried others, but the specialized bag science works well.

Specialized Body Geometry SL Insoles
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Run true to size but thicker than original insoles. With my high instep these only work in my shoes with more volume/space. They are very comfortable in the shoes that fit. Haven’t done more than 30 trainer miles at once them. Total of approximately 500 miles. Would recommend for shoes with enough volume. My other shoes are too tight with these insoles.

Great Footbeds
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I bought my first pair of these footbeds in 2014 when I did a ride across America, some 3,600 miles without any problems. I have used them ever since. It was time for new ones, and I knew just where to turn - - Specialized Footbeds from Competitive Cyclist.
