Tear easily and opening is too narrow

This is my second pair - I had the exact same problem with both - the opening diameter is too narrow so its hard to get it over the heal of your foot when you are putting on the sock. Both pairs I had were like this and both pairs were torn within a couple weeks of wearing - trying to get them on! I have many other pairs of Specialized socks and no problems with any of them other than this model. I have a size 12.5 foot and had the XL size.
