These slings are great. At 12mm wide, they're a little bulky for alpine draws (at least compared to other dyneeema options out there), but for tethering, rap extensions, and anchors, they're great. They handle well and knots don't weld nearly as badly as most thin dyneema slings do. In response to the other review on this page, these slings are rated to 23 kN. I'm not sitting in front of my Sterling slings right now to see whether or not the tag states that. If not, well, they should. Either way, all it took was a quick visit to the Sterling website to confirm that they are indeed rated. That review should be removed, it's pointless. They're strong and safe as could be.
