Sent the wrong hat twice

Purchased a large, was send a medium. Was sent out another large for replacement and received an extra large. I gave up and returned both, but on the positive side, they refunded my shipping and were very nice!

Little Detail

I wanted to like this hat. Fit well, felt good. Brim and crown were in good shape from shipping. However, the hat band was delaminated from the crown in several spots, making the hat not worth keeping. I would’ve like to make an in-kind return, but I have little confidence I’d be getting anything back other than the same hat.

Love the hat but

I really like the hat but it came beat up. Creases in the crown and brim. Not sure if I can get them out or not. The hat material is very thin. The large is a bit to large but I?m afraid the medium would have been to small. I?m happy with the hat but really disappointed more care was not taken with the packing. It came folded up and crammed into the box. Not how one treats a hat. We shall see if I can fix it or not.
