BEST JACKET EVER

TLDR: buy this jacket I love the Stoic brand already for summer athletic clothes, so I felt comfortable taking the jump to invest in a new winter coat from them too. I got this jacket three weeks ago and it has already changed my life. I live in DC and it's been snowing and 30 degrees and below the past few weeks, but the cold weather has nothing on this jacket. I have been so warm and cozy and stylish. I am from a much hotter climate so I hate the cold, but now that I have a proper and effective winter coat, I am playing in the snow and going on walks for the fun of it. Something the listing does not highlight is that the sleeves have a built-in sweatshirt like cuffs so that your wrists are warm even though the sleeves are puffy. Because the jacket is so boxy, I got a L when I usually size up to a XL in coats.

Great jacket

I bought this because of the price. I was worried the sizing was going to be wrong based on other reviews for this brand. I was thinking of getting a large as I wanted to layer underneath, ended up getting a medium and it fits perfectly. There’s enough room for a hoodie without being too tight and doesn’t look Bulky. For reference I am 5’4 with wider shoulders. It’s also very warm, I went walking in Seattle in December and never got cold.

I bought this on Black Friday, had low expectations but was BLOWN AWAY. It's super stylish and versatile. I could dress it up or down, go for rugged or minimal and so on. And surprisingly warm for how light it is. I've worn it in 5C to -5C weather and never felt cold or uncomfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful color, heavy and seems to be very warm. However, it runs too large. I ordered a M, my usual size, and I can get lost inside it. I think I will have to go with a XS. My hands disappear inside the sleeves.

Surprisingly warm and great pockets

I had somewhat low expectations for the warmth of this jacket at this price point but I have yet to be cold in it and it’s big enough to layer a chunky sweater under. I’m usually a medium but I got a large so I could layer. The crop cut makes it boxy so I don’t drown in it. The style and fabric finish look very simple, classic, and slightly elevated compared to normal outdoor brands. Also the pockets are amazing!! They’re open on the top and the sides and I can fit so much stuff in them. I no longer need a fanny pack or bag, I can fit my keys, wallet, dog poop bags, chapstick, phone, and more in there and still put my hands in the side openings. I thought the snaps would be annoying but they’re super easy and nice because you can close/open as much as you want. I got the downtown brown and it’s a great color!! I’ve worn it pretty much every day for over a month (since I got it). Highly recommend this jacket, I’ve been telling my friends to get it.
