Size medium, 8 inches plus material over my waistline with size 41 chest. Unless you're 6 ft tall or more I don't see the medium fitting anyone and they'll be too much excess material. Look at the dimensions carefully before ordering and/or call for fitment info, otherwise this is a very good sweater for the price. Material and zipper are good quality. Returned.
